RefArea - Printer 1 with 3 trays - Minolta       RefArea - Printer 2 with 4 trays - Minolta         RefArea - Printer 3 - Minolta with 3 trays    

RefArea - Printer 4 with 2 trays - Minolta ( Near CIRC DESK )     

If you find a HP EliteDesk 800  with a screen is rotated 90 degrees ( Sideways ) - PRESS the following keys at the same time <Cntrl><Alt><UpArrow>

Pharos Printing - New Minolta Printers have been swapped into the RefArea.  Library Guest Printer has been switched out for an older Lexmark printer.

Reference Computers ( G1, G2, G3 and G4 located on Library North 1st floor ) are for Student and Guest Printing. Guests can only print from computers ( G1, G2, G3 and G4 ). Other Groups that must use the Guest Printer: Staff, Faculty, PartTime Faculty, Extended Studies, International Students, ParaLegal Studies Students, High School of the Arts Students.

You must select the “Library-Guest” printer each time you print, you will be asked to type in a “Job Username” and “Job Password” ( enter anything you wish but make sure to remember both – you will need to enter them again at the Guest Print Station).

The Guest Print Station is located near the Book Sale sign ( near computer G1 ) near the copiers.

Wireless Printing PC - WORKS in the Library - New Winter 2014 Wireless Printer Drivers need to be installed. Old Wireless drivers removed. Send Students to ITS Help Desk to answer questions for installation or problems printing.

Wireless Printing Mac - DOES NOT WORK RELIABLY in the Library - I have had reportst that Mac Users can get print outs.  I have seen 2 ( two ) "Multiple First Pages" 20+ copies of first page this week.

Wireless Printing - Students need to put in correct CSLA Student Login ID ( Ex:   jsmith33   ) . DO NOT put in  MAKE SURE TO USE CORRECT CSLA STUDENT LOGIN ID AND CORRECT PASSWORD.


NOTE - Students using older OneCards/IDCards or having more than one Student OneCard send to GESC to check/fix/replace OneCards.
