Pharos Printing - Fourth B/W Laser Printer added to RefArea - Library North 1000 - A new B/W Printer is available for Student Use ( OneCard is required ). The fourth B/W Laser Printer is located next to the Book Scanner.
OneCard Issued on Fri 04/04/2014 having problems - There are some Students that have had problems with their OneCards. Please refer these Students to GESC to have card fixed.
Office 2013 has been installed on all public computers ( LN 1000, LN 2000 and LN 3000 ). OSD Computers also.
The Color Printer has been MOVED to the Book Sale Area ( CIRC ).
LN 1st Floor, LN 2nd Floor and LN 3rd Floor - Student OneCard Printing NOW REQUIRED. Students must user their OWN Student Login ID and their OWN Student OneCard.
Guest Printing is ONLY available from computers ( G1, G2, G3 and G4 ) located on Library North 1st floor.
Other Groups that must use the Guest Printer: Staff, Faculty, PartTime Faculty, Extended Studies, International Students, ParaLegal Studies Students, High School of the Arts Students.
You must select the “Library-Guest” printer each time you print, you will be asked to type in a “Job Username” and “Job Password” ( enter anything you wish but make sure to remember both – you will need to enter them again at the Guest Print Station).
The Guest Print Station is located near the Book Sale sign ( near computer G1 ) near the copiers.
Wireless Printing PC - WORKS in the Library - New Winter 2014 Wireless Printer Drivers need to be installed. Old Wireless drivers removed. Send Students to ITS Help Desk to answer questions for installation or problems printing.
Wireless Printing Mac - DOES NOT WORK RELIABLY in the Library - I have had reportst that Mac Users can get print outs. I have seen 2 ( two ) "Multiple First Pages" 20+ copies of first page this week.
Wireless Printing - Students need to put in correct CSLA Student Login ID ( Ex: jsmith33 ) . DO NOT put in firstname.lastname@example.org. MAKE SURE TO USE CORRECT CSLA STUDENT LOGIN ID AND CORRECT PASSWORD.
NOTE - Students using older OneCards/IDCards or having more than one Student OneCard send to GESC to check/fix/replace OneCards.
